All cancellation requests must be made through our support ticket system 30 days prior to ending of prepaid period. If request is made without notice, accounts will be converted to a monthly billing and billed one additional month.

- Open a ticket with our billing department
Please note that we can only accept a cancallation request if all due invoices are paid.
